Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and hotel property. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol hotel areas, including lobbies, corridors, and guest rooms, to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Respond to calls for service and investigate incidents, including accidents, thefts, and disturbances.
  • Conduct daily key inventories and reports, and investigate any variances.
  • Assist management and law enforcement officers in emergency situations.
  • Complete daily logs and incident reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with a team.
  • Must be self-directed, motivated, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs + on a regular and continuous basis.
  • Thorough knowledge of safety and security procedures.
