">The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing superior customer service and managing coordination of client services. This role involves emergent scheduling issues, caseload management, and growing it proactively.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Provide excellent customer service and quality home care
- Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
- Grow your caseload while maintaining effective fiscal management
- Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- A bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Prior knowledge of Medicare and OASIS (a plus)
- Medical office or home care experience (preferred)
- Prior supervisory experience (a plus)
