Responsibilities

Key Highlights

  • Develop a new spine care program in an area with significant demand for orthopedic services
  • No competing practices within a 60-mile radius
  • Well-structured schedule with sufficient time allocated for procedures
  • Minimal emergency department and inpatient call responsibilities with a shared general call of 1:7
  • Strong referral network comprising over 130 primary care providers
  • Orthopedic Urgent Care services are in the planning stages
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse organizational culture
