Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Welding and Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in all aspects of welding and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test welds to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in welding and fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
