Job Responsibilities

Welcome and Assist Customers: Greet clients in a courteous, approachable, and prompt manner.

Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer support by effectively communicating rental agreements, vehicle features, and additional services, including optional protection plans, upgrades, fuel choices, and supplementary equipment.

Offer Local Insights: Enhance customer experience by providing directions, maps, local information, and relevant service details.

Manage Inbound Communications: Handle incoming calls for reservations, rate inquiries, and general questions, ensuring customers, other branches, and vendors receive accurate information and resolutions.

Conduct Outbound Calls: Perform follow-up calls for callback management and other assigned tasks.

Evaluate Vehicle Condition: Assist in assessing the state of rentals upon their return.

Report Issues: Inform management of any known customer or vehicle-related issues, including necessary maintenance.

Continuous Learning: Actively pursue skill enhancement through on-the-job training, development opportunities, and company-sponsored educational programs.

Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales within retail, guest services, or administrative support is necessary.
  • A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years is required.
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.

Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position now or in the future.
