We are seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Under the supervision of the Nuclear Medicine Physician, prepares, calibrates, logs, and administers radioactive isotopes to patients undergoing various nuclear medicine procedures.
- Operates Gamma Camera Imaging equipment, computers, and other isotope-sensitive equipment to obtain a visual representation or measurement of isotope concentrations in specific body areas or organs.
- Provides care and service to a critically ill, rehabilitating, pediatric, through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and developmental age of the individual served.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Florida State License Nuclear Medicine required.
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or ARRT (N).
