We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Research Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our respiratory therapy department.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver patient-centered respiratory care services, including diagnostic testing and therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation, and perform diagnostic tests to evaluate the need for and response to respiratory therapy.
- Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
- Initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation, and perform patient assessments, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure.
- State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) certification.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in respiratory therapy or a related field.
- No travel required.
