Job Title: Registered Nurse Home Visits

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality home visit services to pediatric patients in the Greenup, KY area.

This is a PRN position, offering flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services to pediatric patients in their homes, adhering to infection control standards and federal/state program requirements.
  • Ensure patient eligibility and medical necessity for services, in accordance with payer sources and agency policy.
  • Develop and revise individualized plans of care and service plans, in collaboration with other community providers.
  • Initiate plan of care revisions as needed, with physician approval.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum one year of clinical experience as an RN, with recent experience in pediatric care preferred.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
