Residential Building Operations Manager

The Residential Construction Manager is a key role at Allen Edwin Homes, responsible for ensuring the quality and timely completion of residential projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all homes meet our high standards of quality and performance.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with regional managers, tradespeople, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to construction sites regularly.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
