Responsibilities- Data Management: Learn passport processing software to retrieve application information, update status, and generate labels.
- Security and Quality Control: Review applications and printed materials for errors, verify usage reports, and operate passport printing equipment.
- Processing and Prioritization: Remove or reject applications with errors, prioritize work (expedited passports), and fill out tracking sheets or reports.
- Mailing: Generate address labels, attach them to envelopes, and send them through postal machines.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 Year of Administrative or Call Center Experience
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Typing Speed of 25-30 WPM
- Sharp Attention to Detail
- Physical Abilities: Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, standing, sitting, and reaching
- Endurance: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Clear and Professional Communication
- Quality Control Focus: Meticulously inspect printed passports and adhere to established procedures for document sequencing
- Security Clearance Required: Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance (MRPT Public Trust)
- Ability to Lift 30-35 Pounds: Occasional lifting mail packages and other similar objects
- Overtime Availability: Willingness to work overtime as needed
Kelly Government Solutions offers a competitive salary of $27.29 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, a legal plan, and short-term disability. We also offer a retirement savings plan, service bonus, holiday pay plans, and a transit spending account.
