Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician with TOTAL WAREHOUSE Inc, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various models of forklifts and competitive material handling equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with lift trucks and components
  • Perform Planned Maintenance (PM) on customer lift trucks
  • Operate service vans safely and efficiently
  • Assist with training and mentoring apprentice mechanics
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in lift truck repair, automotive, or related industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
Working Conditions

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and using hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
