Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Zionsville, IN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in children, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address these disorders.
- IEP and 504 Planning: Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on student progress, and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field.
- Licensure: Valid state SLP license or certification as required.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in pediatric or school settings preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
