Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cath Lab Technologist to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary and peripheral angiography, and vascular interventions.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, including angiographic equipment, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical history, medications, and test results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) with a specialty in Interventional Radiology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
