Immediate Opportunity: We are in urgent need of a caregiver for a new client requiring hands-on assistance. The family has requested care on Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Experience with pediatric clients, particularly those with special needs, is essential. This position is classified as a 1099 referral, and prior experience as an independent contractor is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders.
  • Provide personal care support for hygiene, including bathing and grooming.
  • Guide clients in achieving developmental goals through prescribed exercises, nutritional support, and overall care.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience working with developmentally disabled children.
  • Knowledge of basic nutrition and personal hygiene practices.
  • Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Empathetic and caring demeanor.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • First Aid training completed.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Dependable and responsible attitude with a commitment to quality care.
  • A strong desire to serve individuals in need of assistance.

We are seeking dedicated professionals for this role. The Home Health Aide must demonstrate reliability and commitment. Communication regarding service cancellations or contract changes must be handled with care, ensuring the client and their family are informed. Our clients rely on our services for their safety and well-being.
