Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Flat Welder to join our team at Tradesmen International, Inc. As a Flat Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, including shop welding, fabricating, and reading drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform shop welding tasks, including fabricating and repairing metal components
• Operate various welding equipment, including dual shield welding and hard wire
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
• Meet quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in flat welding and fabrication
• Proven track record of meeting quality and productivity standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
