Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, Virginia.
Job Details- Job Type: Travel
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12 hours, days
- Hours per Week: 36
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicating and collaborating with physicians and other health team members
- Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
- Monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes
- Administering medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
- Monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit
- Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintaining cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
- Transporting patients as needed
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:
- One to three years experience as a Technologist preferred
- Other certifications may be required for this position
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
