The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of crop production, from land development and soil preparation to crop maintenance and harvest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage long-term planting plans in alignment with company strategic objectives.
  • Manage operation and financial budgets, and provide periodic financial and production results to management.
  • Collaborate with Driscoll's on crop planning, forecasting, and other areas to ensure a mutually beneficial interface between the two organizations.
  • Lead all aspects of crop production, including land development, soil preparation, crop maintenance, and harvest.
  • Provide periodic financial and production results.
  • Manage non-harvest costs.
  • Collaborate with local and corporate administrative services to support operational and business objectives.
  • Create and foster a culture of safety, performance, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in agronomy, agriculture, horticulture, plant science, or related field.
  • Agricultural Pest Control Adviser (PCA) license, preferred.
  • Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) license, preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing production agriculture with direct berry crop farming experience.
