The IAM Analyst role involves collaborating with application and business owners to assess and update access for users and privileged users. Key Responsibilities:
  • Documenting functional and non-functional requirements for IAM domains like Access Certification, Identity Lifecycle Management, and analytics.
  • Creating IAM governance collaterals such as policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, roles, and user access reviews.
  • Understanding operational, regulatory, and other risks related to Access and Identity Lifecycle Services.
  • Experience with IAM Access Certifications Processes such as user access, privileged access, role-based access, platform, hosting, and database access.
  • Onboarding and integrating application and infrastructure technologies to standardized Access Certifications.
Client Management:

Effective interaction and communication with business partners.

Project Management:

Managing multiple dependencies between IAM projects with a proven track record of successful IAM deployments.

Requirements:
  • Able to independently manage and drive Access Certification campaigns and navigate across business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and process requirements to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a risk mindset to mitigate security issues facing IAM.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communicator and strong teamwork mindset.
Preferred Skills:
  • BS in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
  • 2 or 3+ years business analyst requirement gathering experience for any IAM products such as SailPoint, ServiceNow, Saviynt.
