Qualifications:

- Experience in budget development and management for organizational projects.
- Ability to coordinate and assign work based on priorities and employee capabilities.
- Provision of technical personnel and resources for research, development, and lifecycle support of avionics systems.
- Execution of comprehensive supervisory duties, including conflict resolution and performance evaluations.
- Development of project plans and presentations for stakeholders regarding project status and challenges.
Education:
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates a thorough understanding of engineering principles.
