As an Acute Care Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.

* Implement evidence-based nursing interventions, including medication administration, wound care, and vascular access management, according to established policies and procedures.

* Foster a culture of safety and quality, actively participating in performance improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive work environment.

* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, providing education and support to promote informed decision-making and empowerment.

* Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities, staying current with best practices and advances in nursing care to optimize patient outcomes.

**Requirements:**

* Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited program

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas

* At least one (1) year of RN experience in an acute care setting

* BLS certification with skills demonstration

**Compensation and Benefits:**

$28.50 - $43.46 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance, matching retirement programs, and more.
