• Plan, organize, and monitor production processes in the metal processing sector.
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers and production employees.
• Monitor production performance and optimize production processes.
• Conduct quality controls and error analyses.
• Plan and implement maintenance and repair measures.
• Coordinate material procurement and inventory management.

• Completed training in the metal processing sector, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, machinist, or a comparable qualification.
• Further training as an industrial master in metal or a comparable qualification.
• Sound knowledge of process optimization and production planning.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and operating production equipment.
• Teamwork, assertiveness, and strong communication skills.
