Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals while providing excellent customer service
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to answer customer questions and provide recommendations
  • Analyze sales reports and make informed decisions about inventory, merchandise, and sales trends
  • Ensure that our store is visually appealing and well-organized, with merchandise displayed in a way that showcases our products
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, outside sales representatives, and other stakeholders
  • Train and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Attend sales and product knowledge training meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest products and sales strategies
  • Be professional in appearance and attitude, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions
