Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a travel allied health professional. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze results to diagnose respiratory disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
