Youth Ministry Leader

At The Youth Cartel, we're seeking a visionary Youth Director to spearhead our dynamic youth ministry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful youth programs and a passion for inspiring young people to grow in their faith.

A key aspect of this role is fostering a transformative environment where youth can connect, grow, and serve. The selected candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to create engaging activities, and a deep understanding of reformed theology.

We're looking for an individual with a strong personal faith, exceptional communication skills, and experience in recruiting and managing volunteers. The candidate should be able to craft activities that help individuals find guidance and inspiration as they serve others.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
