Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling and correspondence for the Branch Manager.
  • Coordinate all marketing initiatives for the branch.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming emails and phone inquiries.
  • Facilitate effective communication between sales and operational teams.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and preparing necessary materials.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Perform various administrative duties as required.
  • Act as the second-in-command to the Branch Manager, managing responsibilities in their absence.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with operational challenges.
  • Enhance processes and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support the training of new operations and sales personnel.
  • Manage and coordinate active calendars.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Ensure proper organization of files in accordance with office protocols.
  • Provide additional support to the office as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
