Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage personal injury cases from initial consultation to trial;
  • Draft and respond to legal motions, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and procedures;
  • Engage closely with clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service throughout the legal journey;
  • Leverage your extensive knowledge of TRCP (Texas Rules of Civil Procedure) and Rules of Evidence to formulate compelling legal strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of litigation experience;
  • Preferred experience on either the plaintiff or defense side in personal injury litigation for a minimum of 1 year;
  • Experience with jury trials;
  • Active and good standing license with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar;
  • Strong background in drafting and responding to legal motions;
  • Proven ability to build rapport with clients;
  • In-depth knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence;
  • Ambition and dedication, coupled with a strong work ethic;
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback;
  • Excellent organizational abilities, a positive demeanor, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with support staff;
  • Experience in taking and defending depositions;
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $750,000 (commensurate with experience) plus uncapped bonus potential;
  • Option to work remotely one day per week;
  • Access to ongoing training and mentorship opportunities;

  • Contingency fee referral bonus opportunities;
  • Paid time off (20 days) along with 10 paid holidays;
