Are you ready to take on a rewarding role in a dynamic environment? Doherty Staffing Solutions is collaborating with a prominent manufacturer specializing in molded polymers. We are on the lookout for skilled individuals to fill the Industrial Maintenance Specialist positions on the first shift. The compensation for these direct-hire roles ranges from $25.35 to $30.00 per hour, based on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled and on-demand preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and industrial machinery.
  • Repair imperfections, structural issues, and ventilation systems on plastic molds.
  • Eliminate excess plastic from molds.
  • Install protective shielding on molds.
  • Consistently uphold and promote safety protocols.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance.
  • Ability to accurately assemble and operate MIG welding equipment.
  • Proficient in the use of power hand tools.
  • Experience with rotational molding is a plus.
