Career Transition Instructor

Odle Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Transition Instructor to join our team. As a Career Transition Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a classroom setting, promoting a positive and desirable atmosphere, and meeting SMART Goals established by management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Counsel and motivate students regarding behavior, training, and personal development
  • Prepare reports and requisitions as required
  • Maintain a high degree of discipline within the classroom setting
  • Individualize the CTR curriculum to fit the students' choice of vocation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Extensive practical knowledge of trade and teaching experience
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred
