About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician at LEARN Behavioral. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism learn, grow, and build communication, socialization, and self-help skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Work with children aged 2-6 with autism and special needs in one of our centers
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to help children achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and implement effective ABA treatment plans
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
