To Qualify For This Role:

- A bachelor’s degree (preferably in business or a fashion-related field)
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a luxury or service-oriented setting
- Previous managerial experience is advantageous
- Demonstrated history of achieving success
- Flexibility in availability to accommodate the business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts
- Occasional travel may be necessary
- Physical capability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
