Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented BOH Cook to join our team at Ladybird Taco. As a BOH Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using prep worksheets and following proper food safety procedures
  • Operate oven and hot prep equipment, ensuring proper time and temperature of all hot and cooked foods
  • Maintain clean and organized kitchen stations, including dish and prep areas
  • Communicate effectively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu and ingredients
Requirements
  • Caring and humble attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Food service experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Quick learner, with a willingness to adapt to changing menu and kitchen procedures
  • Knowledge of proper food safety handling and sanitation procedures
