Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist

Job Summary: OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to women during labor and childbirth, monitoring the baby and the mother, coaching mothers and assisting doctors.
  • Prepare women and their families for the stages of giving birth and help patients with breastfeeding after the baby is born.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest labor and delivery practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure and certification in Labor and Delivery
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
