Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-based in Rincon, GA

At Sevita, we believe that every individual deserves to live a fulfilling life. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to help individuals improve their behavior and achieve their goals.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans and provide support to individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
  • Use creativity and training to explore ways to handle challenging problems and develop effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • BCBA Certification required.
  • Five years of experience working with special populations in behavior management desired.
  • Experience with behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred.
