Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and implement evidence-based interventions to promote healing and recovery
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel and supervise their work to ensure quality care
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current valid OK or Multistate RN License
- Current BLS certification
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience as an RN in a hospital setting preferred
