Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals with a keen eye for detail and strong leadership capabilities to oversee a team of 15-20 crew members. No prior car washing experience is necessary; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Leader in meeting financial objectives, managing cash flow, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assist in daily operations, including equipment maintenance, scheduling, and report preparation, while adhering to company protocols.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both employees and customers.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of team members, providing guidance and corrective feedback as necessary.
  • Safeguard company assets and uphold operational standards.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Adhere to uniform standards and maintain personal cleanliness.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive work atmosphere.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must:
  • Be available to work weekends.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, organization, and a positive demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Possess high energy levels and a strong work ethic.
  • Be physically capable of performing tasks that require walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Hold a valid driver's license or be able to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
