Position Overview:

A prestigious financial institution is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to enhance their platform operations team.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee and optimize the software development life cycle, collaborating with developers to improve their workflow and experience.
Lead the DevOps initiatives while promoting best practices in both DevOps and software development.
Manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance the quality and speed of code deployments.
Develop scripts to automate infrastructure and application deployment processes.
Participate in on-call duties as needed.
Support and scale the Kubernetes container orchestration platform.


Qualifications:

3-8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Strong background in software development with proficiency in Python.
Experience with CI/CD and configuration management tools.


Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with containerization technologies and Kubernetes, cloud architecture knowledge, contributions to open-source projects, and relevant certifications.


This position requires in-person attendance at the firm's office, with a hybrid work schedule.
