Job Summary

As a Construction Management Professional at Sletten Companies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the coordination and supervision of craft employee activities on various projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate craft employee activities to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
Supervise and manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
Collaborate with Project Managers and Division Managers to develop and implement project plans
Conduct thorough reviews of project documents, including plans and specifications, to ensure accuracy and completeness
Meet with Project Managers and Division Managers to discuss project progress, budget, and scheduling requirements

Requirements

Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent
Five or more years of applied experience in construction management with emphasis on industrial or civil experience, and project management
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
