We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students with communication disorders, providing flexible remote therapy services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the educational setting
- Provide regular progress updates to parents and guardians
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Indiana SLP license (CCC's)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast and reliable computer and internet connection
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly rate consistent across direct and indirect hours ($40-55/hr depending on district budget and candidate experience)
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
