Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on complex electrical and mechanical production equipment and systems.
- Equipment Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance, safety, and effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
- Documentation: Log equipment modifications and maintenance details in our designated system.
- Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE to ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read and write the English language, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team, with behavior that upholds company values and standards.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift to 50 lbs. frequently, and walk and/or stand at a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Available to employees and their dependents.
- PTO and Holidays: 96 hours per calendar year of PTO and 9 Paid Holidays.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,250 per year for continuing education.
