Autism Therapist

In this rewarding position, you'll work closely with our experienced BCBAs to implement individualized ABA intervention programs tailored to each client's unique needs. Your expertise in positive reinforcement techniques, data collection, and skill teaching will help our clients build essential life skills, promoting independence and confidence.

• Develop and implement personalized ABA programs to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills
• Conduct thorough observations and collect data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs to teach specific skills and adapt treatment plans as needed
• Maintain clear communication channels with families and internal stakeholders

• Competitive hourly rates: $20.50-$24.50/hour based on experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; be at least 18 years old
• Patience, empathy, and effective communication skills
