Requirements
  • High school diploma; higher education preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a professional environment, with a preference for healthcare experience
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
  • Current BLS certification is mandatory
  • Current Florida CNA License is a plus
Key Responsibilities
  1. Creating correspondence, reports, and medical Plans of Care
  2. Managing inventory of office and medical supplies
  3. Supporting the billing process
  4. Inputting new clients into the database
  5. Involved in the recruitment process for direct care personnel
  6. Ensuring adherence to agency policies and procedures
  7. Communicating essential information to the management team
  8. Assisting with the organization of documentation in the clinical record
