Executive Chef

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outlet Chef to join our Food and Beverage team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

• Supervise and train culinary staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement menus, recipes, and inventory management systems to optimize food costs and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef and Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and improve guest satisfaction.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and receiving to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
• Proven track record of success in menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
