Job Summary

As a Dining Room Server at SSS Of Parma, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This includes greeting customers, following steps of service, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Be attentive to customers' needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Control the customer's experience through the dining process, including greeting customers timely, following special requests, and accurately taking and delivering orders
  • Inspect and maintain product quality, standards, and order accuracy
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, following established procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

This position requires a well-organized individual who is self-motivated, dependable, and responsible. You should be able to read, listen carefully, ask questions effectively, and explain details specifically to customers. You should also be able to add and subtract, work with money, and make change. Knowledge of and ability to operate phone systems, computer registers, and required software is also necessary.

Physical Demands

This position requires frequent standing, stooping, kneeling, and walking. You may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
