Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Supervisor in managing the daily operations of the print and mail facility.
- Direct and monitor work assignments for mail clerks to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize computerized databases to process contract mailings to the printer.
- Generate and transmit daily reports to clients, maintaining consistent communication.
- Act as a backup for the Supervisor when necessary, ensuring seamless operations.
- Handle customer print requests using advanced digital printing technology.
- Maintain knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe, and digital printing equipment.
- Manage the operation of mail inserters and folders, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize FTP sites for efficient file management, including uploads and downloads.
- Operate printing finishing equipment such as cutters and binding machines.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a related field.
- Proficient computer skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to identify and implement production improvements.
- Adaptability to changing workloads and responsibilities.
- Comfortable with evolving processes and technologies.
Full-time
Compensation:Hourly Rate: $23.00
