Job Summary
The EEG/Neurodiagnostic Technologist is responsible for performing routine diagnostic EEG, Evoked Potentials, and long-term epilepsy monitoring recordings under the supervision of the manager. This position requires working at multiple MHS locations and will require your own transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic EEG, Evoked Potentials, and long-term epilepsy monitoring recordings
- Work under the supervision of the manager
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Develop and maintain strong customer service and communication skills
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Graduate of an accredited Neurodiagnostic program recognized by ABRET
- R.EEG T. certification by ABRET or RET Canadian registry or registry-eligible within 12 months
- Earn credentialing from ABRET within stipulated timelines
- BLS certification
