Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and patient education
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of medication distribution and inventory
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and improve medication use
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
  • Current NY State Pharmacist's License
  • Three to Five years of hospital pharmacy experience
