About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Spectrum. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales and customer service representatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Travel and flexibility to support store hours as business needs dictate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Management experience - 1+ years
  • Telecommunications/wireless experience - 1-3 years
