Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the assessment of patients' health status and participate in the development of their care plans.
  • Perform delegated tasks and activities consistent with your educational preparation and scope of practice.
  • Provide direct basic care to assigned patients and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Implement patient education based on established teaching plans and utilize a problem-solving approach to decision-making.
  • Monitor scheduling and consult processes, and participate in Quality Improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Regional Medical Director, site medical providers, and other site nursing leaders to ensure effective patient care.
