We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Swampscott, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients' physical therapy needs, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing and evaluating patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that reflect understanding of patients' age and situation, including discharge planning
- Revising treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines
- Orienting, training, and mentoring therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations
- Identifying and acting upon performance improvement opportunities to implement best practices
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Clinician, and be licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Additionally, candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills, basic skills in math and computer science, and knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques.

CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field.
