Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Summary:
Eventus WholeHealth seeks a skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide high-quality mental health services to patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Prescribe and manage medications for patients with mental health disorders
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Monitor and evaluate patient progress
Document patient care in electronic medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies
Current state licensure as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
Certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant
Experience in psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records
